  • I have completed all the actions, thus far. I feel good that I have started the automated deposit to my online savings account, even though it is small. I am also doing the LRC Credit Edition, which I know will be more difficult. I know that I will have more success saving after I dig our of debt.

  • Did this challenge start ahead of time? Usually goes Monday to Friday but mine started mid week last week and today I got the congrats for finishing first week so I want to make sure there isn’t a glitch. I got an email Sunday saying we start tomorrow (Monday) but I was already on day 2 of the challenge then.

  • Combining Day 4 and Day 5
    Needs Mandatory bills(4Walls utilities transportation shelter& gas) paid on time without having to be pushed back so that funds are in place for payment without NSF on my bank account Wants savings utilized for emergency needs without stressing will there be enough Likes to travel 2 times per year with stress(vacation fund) Day 5 save $5 this week in Money Bucket that’s not connected to my debit card

  • I’m overwhelmed and excited. I know what I want and I know how to achieve most of it but I am my own worst enemy. I have trouble moving forward. My friends say I’m afraid of success. They know I can do it as well. I just need to pull the trigger, live in the moment, and enjoy the outcome. I think I’m afraid of making a mistake. I put money in a CD for 14 months and the next month my car broke down. If I hadn’t tied that money up I wouldn’t of had to take out such a large loan. I have a little over 6k in an old retirement account. Today I was trying to decided do I leave it there, move it to a traditional IRA (no tax penalty until withdrawal), into a Roth IRA (I’d loose about $1500 in penalties) or divide it up and put some in an IRA and invest the rest. But if I invest how do I break it up (single stocks, mutual funds, Index)? So, I keep saying “I’m still researching”. I do this with just about everything. Eventually I get it done but it takes sometime. Analysis paralysis is what they call it.

    For the last month or so, everyday I’ve been watching either Tiffany, AO, Dave Ramsey, Ramit Sethi (or other financial people they mention) on Youtube. This is motivating me to stay focus and complete at least one task a day.

    Now, I’m going to relax 🙂
